Giant Stack of presents
We were commissioned by Retallack Resort & Spa to create a giant stack
of presents to use as props for their Winter wonderland.
Custom made in a variety of sizes, had to withstand children sitting or standing on them. Made out of plywood with MDF strip for the ribbon. Hard coating polyurethane for durability.
Then to finish primer paint & a variety of colors + decoration, airbrushed up to detail, smooth glossy finish.
Snowmen – Size 1m, 1.30m, 1.50m
We were commissioned by Retallack Resort & Spa to make these snowmen props for their Winter Wonderland. These snowmen were carved and sculpted out of low density polystyrene. Hard coating polyurethane application for durability.
A matte finish, primer paint & variety of colors including glitter for the top hat, airbrush decoration for desired effect.
Santa’s Sleigh – Size height 1.65m, width 1.20m, length 2.40m
We were commissioned by Retallack Resort & Spa to make a magical Christmas sleigh for Santa’s grotto to use at their Winter wonderland.
We custom made the sleigh out of ply wood, then we applied primer paint & variety of colors and glitter + airbrush decoration to finish.
This sleigh had to withstand a festive period with many children sitting and standing with Santa himself during the busiest period of the year!
Playful Penguins – Retallack Resort & Spa Size: 1m in height
We were commissioned by Retallack Resort & Spa to create playful penguins to use as props at their magical winter wonderland. Custom made penguin props, carved and sculpted out of low density polystyrene, hard coating polyurethane application to ensure durability. To finish we applied primer paint & variety of colors including glitter for the jackets! Airbrush decoration to complete the desired details.
Friendly Cornish dragon size 2.20m
We made this giant 3D prop / theme park element based on 3 different dragon sketches!
We hand carved and sculpted the dragon out of polystyrene, coated with polyurethane hard coating. Airbrushed and decorated up to detail for final realistic effect.

Custom present props – Special display
We were commissioned to create presents according client’s specification. The presents main shape was hand carved out of EPS. Once the desired surface texture was achieved we spray applied hard coating polyurethane. the presents were primed then spray painted according to desired colours. Ribbon and bow effect created from an aluminium strip. Tags created from aluminium with vinyl application.
Giant Rugby Ball with tee Size 1.20m
We created a giant size rugby ball with tee as a stand, with replaceable vinyl for text.
This giant surreal prop was carved out of polystyrene and sculpted to shape.
The prop was then coated with hard coating polyurethane.
Once coated to ensure its weather proof, it was airbrushed for realistic and bright-colored effect.
To finish we hand crafted, the over sized tee to ensure a perfect fit.
Discover Story Centre London – Dr Seuss Themed Elements
We worked with London’s Story centre Discover to create colourful elements for their Dr Seuss themed fit out.
We created Colourful trees, The inner structure for the trufulla trees, a tunnel like cave, a sofa and a white bush.
The most important factor was to keep as close as possible to the iconic illustrations of Dr Seuss with Discover whilst being hard-wearing and practical.
It was a great pleasure to work alongside Discover on their inspiring project.

Hot air balloon model 800mm in diameter – St Austell Brewery
We were commissioned by St Austell Brewery based in Cornwall to create a scaled down version of a hot air balloon model to be used as a quirky eye-catching element for their interior display. The balloon was created from polystyrene, internal fixing fitted in for the suspending solution, coated with Fr polyurea water and impact resistant coating. Once coated it was prepared for primer and top colour spray paint. Then the balloon was vinyl wrapped in the branding / colours of St Austell brewery. The basket was fitted to house the brewery’s finest beers / ales
Santa’s sleigh – The National trust
We created the life size sleigh for the Hardwick Estate for their magical Christmas display. The sleigh was created out of Exterior plywood. The sections were CNC cut and the sleigh constructed by hand. The sleigh was primed and spray painted with a clear coat for extra shine, with glittery silver at the edges. The Christmas sleigh is 2.70m in length and 1.60m high, the seating space is approx. 1.30m long to ensure a great photo opportunity for visitors / families present.

We were commissioned by Chic flower design to create the Christmas sleigh with a sparkly silver finish to be used at their special display in a London hotel. The sleigh was created out of exterior ply wood The sections were CNC cut and the sleigh constructed by hand. The sleigh was primed and spray painted silver with glitter and clear coat for extra shine, with a cool grey at the edges + runners. The sleigh is 2.70m in length and 1.60m high, the seating space is approx. 1.30m long to ensure a great photo opportunity for visitors / families present.
Retro 3d Model – Sam’s Cornwall
We were commissioned by Sam’s Cornwall to create the unique retro style sculpture. The sculpture was hand carved and made out of a combination of materials. Due to extra detail the face of the model was created out of high density polyurethane foam, the body hand carved out of polystyrene, steel pins inserted in weaker areas for extra strength. Coated with FR polyurea coating which is water / impact resistant. After sanding to smooth and preparation the model was primered and ready to decorate. The 3d model was spray painted + airbrush decoration in various colours as required. Themed igloo and penguins Project
We were commissioned to create the large themed event stand for a winter wonderland fun fair
The large igloo shaped was made in sections for ease of transport and was hand carved out of polystyrene. Including the arches, the igloo was approx. 6m diameter! With a ply internal structure.
We also created custom penguin props for the igloo. Once the igloo and penguin props were carved we applied polyurea coating followed by primer and high-quality spray paints
Monolith stones – Cornwall Foootball golf
We were commissioned by Cornwall football golf to create the realistic monolith stone effect installs.
We created the artificial stones out of eps, aluminium, FR coating polyurea. Once the realistic texture was applied, we primed and decorated the stones to look as authentic as possible.

Waldorf Astoria Christmas sleigh
We were commissioned by Waldorf Astoria hotel in Edinburgh to create the red & gold Christmas sleigh.
We used birch plywood to create the sleigh. The components were CNC cut for speed and accuracy and then constructed by hand
The sleigh seats 2 to 3 people with place for presents in the back. The sleigh is primed and spray painted red and gold.
