We were commissioned by Juergen Teller Ltd to create two of 1.20m in diameter size dinner plates with HQ images applied onto each plate. To create the plates we first made a mould. From this we created the plates with fibre glass. Once the plates were smooth we applied a base coat and topcoat spray paint with a high gloss white finish. Once completely dry we vinyl wrapped the plates with the required HQ images.

Artificial tree texture with no bark
Show casing our latest project!
We were commissioned by Presentation Design Services to create artificial trees for the Virgin Holiday’s African themed tree house installation in London’s Southwark. The installation was in place for one week in January 2016.
We created 4 large tree trunks and several branches for the top section of the tree house.
The trees had to be realistic as possible and had to represent real African trees with no tree bark.
The main shape was carved from polystyrene and the texture applied was from a mould taken from real tree trunks which ensured we gained realistic visual results. We coated the trees with flexible hard coating polyurea for durability and to make the trees water proof.
We first applied primer then top coat and paint decoration with water based paints as realistic effect as possible.
The project was achieved at an extremely short time scale, we were ready for delivery within 3 weeks!
Have a look at some of the links below to see the completed project!

We created a giant bull which was used as EE’s charging bull at Glastonbury 2015!
We were commissioned by Presentation Design Services to create the bull. The sculpture had to be water- proof, extremely durable and friendly looking. We worked closely together with PDS according to their details to create the right bull they envisioned to be the EE Charging Bull at world famous music and contemporary performing arts festival Glastonbury. The bull was hand carved out of high density polystyrene. Steel rods inserted within the tail for extra strength and timber blocks within hoofs for installation system. As the sculpture had to be weather proof we applied flexible coating polyurea and primered in order to prepare for a paintable surface. Final finish was completed by PDS to their clients specification. We are very proud to have completed this project at a very tight time schedule and have completed within a week! Just in time for our client to apply final finish.
It was great to have been involved at Race for life 2015!
Cancer re-search used our giant trainer as an eye catching prop to help raise awareness of Race for life events amongst women of all ages. You can also help this wonderful cause by keeping fit to help raise the much needed funds for Cancer re-search UK.
Kind words from: Nicola Doherty Cancer Research UK
I just wanted to Thank You greatly for the use of the trainer, as I mentioned it has really helped us recruit our target of 63,000 women in the region to take part in Race for Life which helps raise £3m for Cancer Research UK. The trainer brought a lot of delight to young and old alike when we were out on the streets of Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Derbyshire. We used it every week and we would love to work with ICA Creation again in the future!
Check out images of how we scaled up a miniature version of Elsa, to create a life size model measuring at 1.50m in height!
First step was to accurately measure the miniature model. We cut the main shape out of High density polystyrene. We carved the model according to images + miniature model. We positioned her head more up right in order to create better photo opportunity for the future.
\
Because of her posture, we fitted a stainless steel pin in to her arm. After sanding all imperfections, we spray applied FR hard coating polyurethane. This high tech application will ensure the model will be durable and waterproof.
As we felt that her hand was slightly too big and bulky after hard coating, we made some modifications to her hand. We scaled the hand down, fitted a stainless steel pin in her finger to give strength to the more delicate looking hand!
The next stage, painting and airbrush decoration!
After sanding the model for a smooth texture, we painted and airbrushed the model with HQ 2K Paints. Added some shading to her hair to give it some more depth and texture. We also lightly airbrushed her skin, to make her look more natural!
